Products & Orders

All prints sold by MJ Metal Studio are made to order using premium ChromaLuxe aluminum panels and a professional dye-sublimation process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

• Each print is produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold or restocked.
• Production begins promptly after order confirmation. Cancellations are only possible before production starts.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any image files submitted for custom orders are of sufficient resolution and quality. We are not liable for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or poorly prepared files.
• Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed output due to differences in monitor calibration. This is not considered a defect.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our content guidelines, including orders containing copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful imagery.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking via our secure payment partners.
• We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments or Razorpay.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Key points include:

• We currently ship within India only.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events are outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to our courier partner.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds and replacements are available in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including images, text, logos, design elements, and product photography — is the property of MJ Metal Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
• By submitting artwork or image files for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it for print reproduction. MJ Metal Studio accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted files.
• We reserve the right to use images of completed prints for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of ordering.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJ Metal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following purposes:

• Submitting orders containing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.
• Impersonating another person or entity when placing an order or contacting us.
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of our website or services.
