Absolutely. Simply upload your image through our Custom Order page, and we’ll review it before production to ensure it is suitable for high-quality printing.

For the best results, we recommend high-resolution original images. Photos captured directly from modern smartphones or digital cameras usually produce excellent prints. We discourage screenshots, heavily compressed files, or images downloaded from social media.

Don’t worry. Every uploaded image is reviewed before production. If we believe the image quality isn’t sufficient, we’ll contact you with recommendations or suggest a better print size.

Yes. We can recommend cropping, positioning, and minor color adjustments to ensure your artwork looks its best before printing.

Yes. For custom artwork, we can provide a digital preview for your approval before production begins.

Since every custom print is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Simply wipe the surface with a soft microfiber cloth. For occasional cleaning, use a damp cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.

While ChromaLuxe® prints are highly durable, we recommend avoiding continuous direct sunlight to preserve optimal color vibrancy over many years.

Once we review your uploaded image and confirm the artwork details, we’ll send you a final quotation along with a secure payment link. Production begins only after payment is received.
