Our Commitment to Quality

Every MJ Metal Studio print is made to order using premium ChromaLuxe aluminum panels and a professional dye-sublimation process. Because each piece is produced exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work and will make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

What We Cover

We offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

Print arrived visibly damaged due to transit
Significant colour deviation from the approved file
Incorrect size or product delivered
Manufacturing defect (scratches, banding, or surface flaws)
Order lost in transit and confirmed by courier

Not Eligible for Refund or Return

Change of mind after production has begun
Incorrect file or low-resolution image submitted by customer
Colour variation due to screen calibration differences
Minor size tolerance within industry standard (±2mm)
Damage caused after delivery

How to Raise a Claim

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please follow the steps below. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, and within 7 days for all other quality issues.

01 Document Photograph the packaging and the print clearly, showing the issue

02 Contact Us Email hello@mjmetalstudio.com with your order number and photos

03 Review Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days

04 Resolution We will arrange a replacement print or process a refund

Order Cancellations

As each print is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Cancellations requested before production begins — full refund issued.
Cancellations requested after production has started — not possible, as materials and production time have already been committed.
Custom orders with approved proofs — cannot be cancelled once production is underway.

To request a cancellation, email hello@mjmetalstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow the following timelines once a refund has been confirmed by our team.

Credit / Debit Card — 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
UPI / Net Banking — typically 3 to 5 business days.
Other payment methods — timelines may vary; we will advise at the time of approval.
