Production & Dispatch

Every MJ Metal Studio print is made to order. Each ChromaLuxe aluminum panel is produced, quality-checked, and carefully packaged by hand before dispatch. We do not hold pre-printed stock — your order is crafted specifically for you.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimated from the date of dispatch.

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — typically 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or difficult-to-access areas — may require additional time; we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside our control.

Packaging Standards

Your print deserves to arrive in the same condition it left our studio. We use multi-layer protective packaging designed specifically for rigid aluminum panels.

Corner protectors on all four edges to prevent impact damage.
Foam or bubble wrap lining to cushion the panel surface.
Rigid outer carton rated for the weight and dimensions of your print.
Fragile and orientation labels on all packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner’s portal.

If you have not received a tracking update within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@mjmetalstudio.com and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged in Transit

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your print arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for a courier claim.
Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged print clearly.
Contact us at hello@mjmetalstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are actively evaluating cross-border delivery options and will announce availability when ready.
