Every piece begins with high-fidelity preparation. Our artisans utilize advanced color management systems to ensure nuance of the original artwork is preserved. The image is printed using specialized sublimation inks onto high-release transfer paper, acting as the blueprint for the final metallic materpiece.
Step 02
Thermal Infusion
The core of the ChromaLuxe process. Using precisely calibrated heat and pressure, the transfer paper and the aluminum panel are pressed together. At over 400°F, the ink transforms into a gas and penetrates the polymer coating of the metal, becoming a permanent part of the surface rather than sitting on top of it.
Step 03
Diamon Hard Coating
The final result is a vibrant, ultra-durable finish. The integrated layers create a barrier that is scratch, checmical, and moisture resistant. This "diamon-hard" surface protects the depth and clarity of the image for generations, requiring nothing more than a simple microfiber cloth to maintain its gallery-ready shine.
